Mary Ann Bodine Al-Sharif, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Higher Education at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and a U.S. Fulbright Scholar to Saudi Arabia. She has worked as a faculty member, student affairs and services administrator, and an enrolment management administrator. She is a critical qualitative researcher, focusing on student identity development, international higher education, and social justice and advocacy within higher education. Specifically, she explores the lives of individuals who define themselves as living between worlds at the intersections of ability, race, religion, ethnicity, gender expression, and the like within dominant power structures in higher education.

Dr. Dennis Gregory is Associate Professor Emeritus at Old Dominion University in Virginia, U.S.A. He has been a faculty member for 26 years. He is a Charter Member of IASAS, and has served as a Fulbright Fellow. He has over 100 publications and well over 200 professional and academic presentations at every level. He has served as chair for 39 dissertations. He has significant international experience and led study abroad classes to Europe, Asia and South America. He was named a Pillar of the Profession by NASPA in 2026, a Student Affairs Global Expert by IASAS in 2025, and Robert H. Shaffer Awardee for Academic Excellence as a Graduate Faculty Member by NASPA in 2023.

Onesi La Fleur currently serves as Vice President of Student Services and Enrolment Management at University of the Southern Caribbean, where he is dedicated to advancing student success, engagement, and institutional excellence. A committed student affairs professional, he is passionate about fostering inclusive, student-centered environments that support holistic development and academic achievement. Known for his collaborative leadership style and strategic approach to enrolment management, Onesi works to create meaningful opportunities that empower students and strengthen campus community. Through professional service and continuous learning, he remains committed to innovation, equity, and the ongoing advancement of student affairs within higher education.

Sarafina Mudavanhu is passionate about creating a campus environment where every student feels supported, heard, and empowered to thrive. As Dean of Students at the Harare Institute of Technology in Zimbabwe, she oversees student welfare, leadership development, and campus life programs, working closely with students and staff to foster a positive and inclusive community. She holds a Master of Education with a specialization in Higher Education – Student Affairs and Development, as well as credentials in Global Leadership in Higher Education Student Affairs and Services through IASAS. Sarafina believes education extends beyond the classroom and is committed to mentoring students as they navigate university life and prepare for their future careers. Known for her approachable and practical leadership style, she is dedicated to ensuring that students’ voices help shape the HIT experience.

Rodolfo S.B. Virtus Jr. is Executive Director of the Office of Social Concern and Responsibility and Safeguarding Officer at Ateneo de Naga University, Philippines. With nearly 18 years of experience in Student Affairs and Services (SAS), including 16 years leading the university's Office of Student Affairs, he has advanced student development, campus safety, and formation programs. A recognized SAS leader in the Bicol Region, he served as a National Officer of PAPSAS (2022–2026) and led both the PAPSAS Region 5 Chapter and the merged BCODDSAS–PAPSAS Region 5 Chapter. He collaborated closely with CHED Regional Office V to strengthen professional development, regional partnerships, and student well-being initiatives. Under his leadership, several flagship programs were established, including the BCODDSAS Caravan Conversation Series, the Bicol Young Leaders Summit, and BOAT-SAS. In 2026, he received the PAPSAS Regional Leadership Award and Service Award, while BCODDSAS earned the Regional Chapter Award under his leadership.

Dr. Reema Chaudhury is a higher education leader with over 24 years of experience in academic governance. Formerly Director of Student Affairs and Director of Campus Life in premier Indian universities, she redefined student engagement through the "Leader in Me" series, credit courses, and Student Life Associates programs. She spearheaded UDAAN, the emotional wellbeing initiative and received the 2026 NASPA MENASA Silver Award for fostering collaborative partnerships that enhance the global student affairs landscape. Dr. Chaudhury currently leads SOHOKI Learning Lab as Managing Director. She champions the institutionalization of a Culture of Care-embedding dignity, safety, and holistic well‑being into the very fabric of higher education.

Dr. Jane Jensen is a member of the Fulbright Specialist Roster offering consulting services on student success programming in cross cultural contexts.  An anthropologist, Jensen has over thirty years of experience as a faculty member at the University of Kentucky studying ways that college students navigate their post-secondary experiences at home and abroad. She is currently working on developing a newsletter for resident advisors, practitioners, and scholars working abroad or planning to work in the United States to answer questions they might have about American higher education and American college students.

Thaddeus J. Mantaro, PhD - is a higher education wellness leader with over two decades of experience building and transforming student health and wellbeing programs. Currently serving as Dean of Student Health and Wellness at Dallas College, he oversees integrated health, counselling, and health promotion services across seven campuses for 125,000 students. An Outstanding Professional Award recipient, he has authored the NASPA book, "Well-being Leadership in Higher Education-A Guide for Successful Well-being Programs," secured millions in grants and partnerships, and presented keynotes at leading national conferences. A counsellor by training, he holds a Ph.D. from Texas Tech University and is a Certified Public Health professional.

Ahmed Osman serves as University Student & Residence Life Director at The City University of New York (CUNY), overseeing student life, orientation, residence life, and leadership development. As director of the Ernesto Malave Leadership Academy, he creates training, workshops, and programs focused on leadership, civic engagement, advocacy, and global citizenship. Ahmed brings more than 22 years of experience in student affairs at CUNY and has presented at national and international higher education conferences, including NASPA and the European Conference for Student Affairs and Services. He also serves on the NASPA International Symposium planning committee. Ahmed holds degrees from Baruch College, CUNY.

Dr. Amber Joy Webb serves as the director of the Academic Support Center at Eastern Illinois University, where she supports at-promise students with academic skills and implements student success initiatives. She earned her master's degree in College Student Affairs from Eastern Illinois University in 2019 and her Ph.D. In Higher Education Administration from Illinois State University in 2026. Her research interests include the acculturation of international-born professionals and non-traditional student experiences. She also explores issues related to racism and equity within higher education environments and institutional best practices.

Ms Wadad El Housseini Consultant to VP of Student Affairs Qatar University - Ms Wadad started her career in student affairs in 2001when she joined the American University of Beirut as Director of Student Activities. In 2009, she moved to Qatar University as Consultant to VP of student affairs. Her role entitled her to get involved in various strategic initiatives to ensure the success of Qatar University students. She is the chair of the Student Affairs Professional Development committee at Qatar University since 2018. Moreover, she is involved in the current cycle of the QU Strategy for 2023-2028 as chair of two strategic initiatives. Founding member and former vice president for the IASAS (International Association of Student Affairs and Services). Member of the MENASA-NASPA board for 2020-2023. Currently, she is the MENASA area director and served as co-chair for 2024 and 2025 MENASA annual conference. Interested in Leadership of Higher Education and Student Affairs, assessment and women role in higher education.

Simon Lee BSc(Hons) MA - Assistant Director of Student Journey (Sport and Support) University of Sunderland Simon is from the University of Sunderland in Northeast England, where he heads up a large service, including Student Mental Health and Counselling, Student Wellbeing, Disability Support, Student Financial Guidance, Chaplaincy and University Sport. Simon is also the Chair of the North East Universities Prevent (counter terrorism) Committee and a former Executive Member and Vice Chair of AMOSSHE. With a decade of experience working in student support services, Simon is committed to seeing the profession grow and achieve greater recognition around the globe.

Larry Moneta BS, Med, EdD - served as Vice President for Student Affairs at Duke University from 2001 to 2019 when he retired to a life of consulting, teaching and grandparenting. At Duke he led the central planning, policy formation, and coordinating agency for the University concerning student issues. Dr. Moneta worked in student affairs on a variety of campuses before joining the Duke community in August 2001, most recently at the University of Pennsylvania as Associate Vice President for Campus Services from 1997 to 2001 and Associate Vice Provost for University Life from 1992 to1997. In addition to his administrative duties, Dr. Moneta teaches a wide variety of courses, consults for institutions across the country, and presents regularly at conferences and workshops.

Dr. Janelle Rahyns serves as the Senior Director for Global Impact at NASPA – Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education. She leads and supports NASPA’s international initiatives, including the Global Division, MENASA Advisory Board, MENASA NASPA Conference, European Conference for Student Affairs and Services, and the International Symposium. Having lived on three continents and conducted research in 48 countries, Janelle brings extensive global experience to the field of student affairs and higher education. Prior to joining NASPA, she served as Assistant Dean at Yale-NUS College in Singapore and Resident Director at the University of California Los Angeles. Her research interests include international student affairs, comparative study abroad, African American college students, and race and ethnicity in study abroad. Janelle holds a Ph.D. in Social Science & Comparative Education from UCLA, an M.Ed. in Student Personnel in Higher Education, and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Florida.
